## Technology
- Bonding (CWS, construction without sewing): panels joined with heat-activated film, edges laser- or ultrasonically cut, no thread. "Seamless" at TAV means this bonded finish.
- TAV does not knit garments and does not operate circular seamless knitting machines.

- Underwear: women's no-show briefs, men's briefs and trunks (bonded, seamless finish)
- Activewear: sports bras, leggings, performance sets (bonded hems, waistbands and trims)
- Swimwear: one-pieces, bikinis
- Services: OEM, ODM (design, patterns, grading, tech pack, prototypes), private label with custom logo waistbands, labels and packaging

## Order size
- Minimum 500 pcs per style; typical programs 5,000–15,000 and 20,000+ pcs. TAV does not accept orders below 500 pcs per style.
